🔧🏠 Rough-in complete on this new construction home in Bar X!

We know there are a lot of pictures attached to this post, but we encourage you to take a few moments and look through them all. These photos showcase the quality, attention to detail, and workmanship that go into every project we complete. We are by no means perfect, be we strive for it everyday!

Most of the plumbing work in a home will eventually be hidden behind walls and under concrete or flooring but that's exactly where quality matters most. We take pride in neat layouts, proper support, clean installations, and doing the job right the first time—not just doing enough to get by.

Another problem solved! 💪🔧

A customer called us because their washing machine drain hadn't worked in years. They had been unable to use it and needed a solution.

We first attempted to clear the line through the old cast iron P-trap underground but found it heavily corroded and blocked. After further troubleshooting, we accessed the roof vent and successfully cleared the washing machines main sewer line, restoring flow to the system.

Once we confirmed the sewer line was draining properly, we returned to permanently solve the issue by capping off the old underground trap and installing a new above-ground P-trap and standpipe for the washing machine.

The result? The homeowner can finally use their washing machine drain again for the first time in many years! 🙌

No shortcuts—just proper diagnosis and the right repair.
