Noller Electric is looking for a hard-working, dependable person to join our Civils Crew!
This is a hands-on, physical job. The work involves a lot of digging, working outdoors, lifting, and being on your feet throughout the day. If you’re not afraid of hard work and don’t mind getting dirty, this could be a great opportunity for you!
What you'll be doing:
🔹 Digging and trenching
🔹 Helping with underground electrical work
🔹 Moving materials and equipment
🔹 Working outside in different weather conditions
🔹 Assisting the crew with daily construction tasks
🔹 Learning the civil/electrical construction trade
We're looking for someone who is:
✅ Dependable and shows up ready to work
✅ Physically capable of doing demanding outdoor work
✅ Not afraid to dig and get dirty
✅ Willing to learn
✅ A good team player
✅ Has a positive attitude
✅ Valid driver's license preferred
No experience is required for the right person — we can teach you!
