During this meeting, we’ll review your detailed layouts, full-color renderings, and the final labor and materials contract. This is the time to ask questions, review the details, and make any last adjustments before moving forward.

We know remodeling is a big investment, and our goal is to make sure you feel confident and informed every step of the way. If adjustments are needed to better align with your budget, we’ll work together to explore options and find solutions.

The next step in your remodeling journey is our Professional Development Agreement (PDA).

This is where your ideas begin to take shape. Through our Design & Development process, we take detailed measurements, explore possibilities, guide you through selections, and create a customized Scope of Work for your home. Thoughtful planning helps ensure every detail is considered before construction begins, giving you a clear understanding of your project and the path ahead.

Every remodel is unique, and this phase may look different depending on your project’s scope and decisions along the way. Timely communication and selections help us work together toward your desired timeline.

At Renovations Unlimited, we believe great remodels start with great planning.
