Introducing the new home of Dr. Parisa Orthodontics!

We're thrilled to share this practice we recently completed — a space designed to make every patient, big or small, feel instantly at ease. From the sculptural arched hallways and playful treatment suites to the warm, sunlit waiting lounge, every detail was chosen with comfort and confidence in mind.

Soft curves, a rich gold palette, and thoughtful touches like the glowing signature arch at reception bring a boutique, welcoming feel to a space built for precision care. It's proof that a clinical environment can be both highly functional and beautiful.

Before committing to a space, understand what the landlord is actually delivering and what your buildout will still require. Electrical capacity, HVAC, plumbing, accessibility, above ceiling conditions, permitting, and equipment requirements can all affect the final scope, schedule, and budget.

A space that looks right on paper can become expensive once design begins if these conditions have not been verified.

Bringing your contractor into the process early can help identify potential issues before they turn into redesigns, delays, or unexpected costs.

A warm shell may already include HVAC, electrical, lighting, or other infrastructure. A cold shell may require much more work before the actual buildout even begins. But the label alone does not tell the full story.

Before signing a lease, confirm exactly what the landlord is delivering and what your project will still need. Electrical capacity, HVAC, plumbing, drainage, accessibility, and fire protection can all affect your final scope, schedule, and budget.

The cheapest looking space is not always the cheapest to build.
