Here we go again! These inspectors continue to get more and more creative.

Called out to improve a failing dock design and layout. With the original builder no longer in business, we stepped in to correct the issues and create a more functional layout.

Excited with the result and another project built right by EMC Dock Builders.

They showed up occasionally, ate the snacks, and supervised the crews. Now they’re headed back to school!

Say goodbye to warped boards, splinters, and endless maintenance. This dock got a full rebuild with Trex composite decking, built to handle the elements and look great doing it, year after year.

Another look back at one of our completed builds. Trex decking throughout, a clay tile roof and fascia matched to the home, and a lift ready for years of use. Proud to have been part of this beautiful waterfront project alongside Hulbert Homes, Inc.. Great work all around.
