Something big is coming this month. 📈

At Narrow Path Athletics, we’re always looking for ways to provide more value to our athletes and parents.

Coming soon, every athlete will receive professional performance reports that clearly track their progress over time—giving athletes and parents a visual look at the work being done behind the scenes.

Speed. Strength. Power. Athletic development.

No more wondering if training is working. You’ll be able to see the progress for yourself.

Because we believe athletes deserve more than workouts. They deserve a system that measures, tracks, and develops performance.

This is just one more way we’re raising the standard for athlete development.

🚀 Launching this month.
Stay tuned.

Most athletes think core training is about getting a six-pack.

It’s not.

Your core is what transfers force from the ground through your entire body. Every sprint, jump, cut, throw, swing, and change of direction depends on it.

A stronger core doesn’t just help you perform better—it helps you stay more efficient, more stable, and more resilient when the game gets chaotic.

That’s why we don’t just train muscles. We train athletes to move, control force, and perform at a higher level.

The little details matter.

Summer is where athletes separate themselves.

Summer is where athletes separate themselves.

While most athletes are taking time off, others are building the speed, strength, power, and resilience they’ll rely on when the season starts.

Every sprint, jump, lift, and rep has a purpose. Not just to work hard—but to become a more complete athlete.

The work you put in now becomes the confidence you carry into your next season.

What’s one thing you’re working to improve this summer? 👇

Most athletes think performance is about moving faster.

But first, you have to be able to control movement.

In sport, you’re constantly dealing with distractions, contact, fatigue, and unpredictable situations. If you can’t stay strong and stable when things get chaotic, it’s hard to express your speed, power, and skill when it matters most.

That’s why we use drills like this.

Not to make athletes tired.

To teach them how to own positions, stay connected, and produce force while performing a skill.

The details matter. And over time, those details add up to better performance on game day.

Summer is here. What you do now will show up when the season starts.

Strong is powerful.

Every jump. Every landing. Every rep.

The athletes in this video aren’t just working hard—they’re building confidence. The kind that shows up when the game is on the line, when everyone is tired, and when it matters most.

Plyometrics help athletes become more explosive, more reactive, and more resilient. But the biggest difference isn’t what happens in the gym.

It’s how they carry themselves when they step onto the court, field, track, or mat.

This summer is an opportunity.

An opportunity to get faster.
To jump higher.
To become stronger.
To separate yourself from the competition.

Most athletes will wait until their season starts.

The best athletes are putting in the work now.

Every sport rewards athletes who can react fast.

The athlete who gets to the ball first.
The athlete who creates separation.
The athlete who changes direction without losing speed.

That’s why we spend time on quick ground contact plyometrics.

These drills teach athletes how to put force into the ground and get off of it quickly—an important quality for sprinting, jumping, cutting, and competing at a high level.

The goal isn’t to make workouts look impressive.

The goal is to build athletes who move better when the game is on the line.

Day after day, rep after rep, those small improvements start to show up where it matters most.
