Progress is moving forward at Flash Car Wash.

Recent work includes coordinating the lawn irrigation system, electrical, and plumbing, delivery of vacuum equipment, signage planning, and interior finish selections. The HVAC inspection has passed, along with inspections for the reclaim system and oil water separator.

Keeping trades coordinated and inspections moving helps prepare each area for the work ahead and keeps the project progressing efficiently.

Because with Maggiore, the job is handled with care, every time.

The final details are coming together at Balise Honda.

Our team is busy installing EV chargers and bollards, preparing for exterior painting, coordinating irrigation and plumbing, landscaping, caulking and completing the rest of the punch list items throughout the project.

Closeout is where the small details matter most. Careful coordination now helps make sure each area is finished, reviewed, and ready for turnover.

We’re excited to officially break ground on Majestic Elm Brook — the second community under the Majestic brand!

Following the success of Majestic Mill Brook in Arlington, we’re proud to bring the next chapter of the Majestic collection to Bedford. Majestic Elm Brook will feature 38 thoughtfully designed condominium residences, carrying forward the quality, attention to detail, and elevated design that have become hallmarks of the Majestic name.

It was wonderful to celebrate this milestone alongside the Bedford community, town officials, our project partners, The Synergy Group, the Allyson Kreycik Team, The Bedford Citizen, Bedford TV, and everyone who has helped bring this project to life.

Momentum continues at Balise Honda!

Current work includes epoxy flooring preparations, exterior lighting coordination, storefront finishing and weatherproofing, ladder blocking, rooftop unit connections, heating preparations, and bollard cover installation.

Each piece is part of a larger plan. By carefully sequencing work, our team keeps the project moving efficiently while preparing the facility for the work and operations ahead.
