Our team has been hard at work at Balise Honda, and it shows!

We created a new exterior entrance for the service building, including foundation work, metal panel modifications, and installation of the new door, frame, and hardware.

For an active automotive facility, work like this requires more than completing the scope. It takes careful planning, working with existing conditions, and understanding how the space needs to function for the people working in it every day.

That practical approach is central to how we manage commercial construction and development projects. Construction continues to make steady progress at the Flash Car Wash project as multiple trades work together to keep the project moving forward.

✔️ Interior painting and finish work continue throughout the building
✔️ Electrical rough-ins and wiring are advancing for upcoming installations
✔️ Insulation and ceiling work are progressing across key areas of the facility
✔️ Epoxy flooring installation is helping bring the finished space to life
