Not all coloured rubber playgrounds are made equal.
Site-mixed SBR is hand-blended in small batches on site, colours vary batch to batch, the mixing weakens the polyurethane binder, and matching an old colour for repairs later is basically impossible.
PLAYSAFE granules are factory pre-coloured with UV-stable pigments, fully encapsulated in polyurethane, and produced in consistent batches. Same colour every time, stronger wear resistance, easy pattern designs, and exact colour matches on repairs years down the line.
