A pretty special milestone for the Stump Grind It team. 🌳🎉

For the first time, Troy and his two sons, Kyah and Taj, are all qualified Certificate III Arborists. Watching a father and his sons achieve the same trade qualification together is something pretty special, and it’s a moment we’re all incredibly proud of.
Some time ago, the decision was made to invest heavily in training, education and doing things the right way. That commitment has become a big part of who we are as a business.
Today, every member of our team has either completed formal arboriculture training or is currently working towards it. Troy is now continuing his own journey by studying his Diploma of Arboriculture (AQF Level 5), while Bert and Isaac have recently started their Certificate III (AQF Level 3).
None of this would have been possible without the incredible support of RelyOn Australia 🌳 They have been an outstanding training organisation to work with, and we couldn’t recommend them highly enough to anyone looking to build a career in arboriculture.
A special thank you also goes to Sascha Seifritz , our trainer. Over the years he’s become far more than just an instructor. He’s become a mentor and a genuine friend. The knowledge, encouragement and real-world experience he’s shared has helped shape not only better arborists, but better people and a stronger business. We’re incredibly grateful for everything he’s invested in our team.
We firmly believe that investing in our people is one of the best investments we can make. Better training creates safer arborists, more knowledgeable professionals, higher-quality workmanship and, ultimately, better outcomes for our customers and our industry.
