Hot Water Replacement in Pelican Waters

Celsius Plumbing removed an old solar hot water unit and installed a new 250L electric storage system, complete with new pipework and valves and a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty.

With solar panels on the roof, we also installed a timer to schedule water heating during daylight hours, helping maximise the use of available solar power and reduce reliance on grid electricity.

HOT WATER SYSTEM REPLACEMENT – PELICAN WATERS 🔧

We recently completed a hot water system replacement at a property in Pelican Waters.

The existing heat pump system had reached the end of its life, so we upgraded it to a new 250L Rheem electric storage hot water system for improved reliability and performance.

The old unit was safely isolated, disconnected and removed, and the area prepared for the new installation.

The new system was installed, connected to existing water and electrical services, with new valves and copper pipework fitted where required. All exposed pipework was insulated for efficiency.

Once installed, the system was filled, tested, checked for leaks and fully commissioned. The site was left clean and tidy, and the old unit was removed from site.

Now the property has a reliable, simple hot water solution 💧

Today we removed a 3000L rainwater tank from a Sunshine Coast property where there was no side access. The tank was cut up on site and taken out in sections to get the job done safely and cleanly .

The hot water system was leaking badly and due for replacement. We removed the failed unit and installed a new Rheem Stellar stainless steel hot water system with a 12 year cylinder warranty, giving the home reliable hot water moving forward 🔥

After removing the tank and old hot water unit, we pressure washed the patio to properly clean up the area and leave everything looking sharp ✨

We also removed the old pump system and bypassed the lines to restore direct mains pressure, simplifying the setup and reducing maintenance .Downpipes were repaired to ensure proper stormwater flow and protect the property 🌧️🏡
