Our Refurbishment & Fit Out team in Victoria have recently completed two modern business banking centre fit outs.

Located in Geelong and Williams Landing, these modern commercial fit-out projects required a full office refurbishment, including new services, partitions, finishes and equipment. The upgraded space now features meeting rooms, breakout areas, workstations and new kitchen facilities designed to support both staff and customers.

The project follows a number of successful commercial fit-out projects delivered by the team across Victoria and highlights Ahrens' capability in delivering high-quality refurbishment solutions in occupied and operational environments.

Ahrens are currently delivering the new 5,000m² Porters Trade Centre in Paget, QLD.

Once complete, the facility will house Mitre 10, Plumbing Plus and Inspiration Paints, creating a modern trade destination designed to support the growing region.

Ahrens were proud to be Event Partners for the Royal Flying Doctor Service SA/NT annual Wings for Life Gala Ball.

With the theme of ‘Game On’, the event raised a record-breaking $390,000, going directly towards the fit-out of five new RFDS aircraft to help deliver critical care to some of the most remote corners of SA and the NT.

Ahrens has completed the refurbishment of the Olympic Dam Camp Tavern, delivering a full turnkey upgrade that has transformed the space into a modern, welcoming venue.

Working from architectural drawings, the team delivered a high-quality finish with improved functionality and user experience throughout. The upgrade includes bathroom refurbishment, new flooring, feature walls and ceilings, enhanced lighting, refreshed seating and TV areas, and bar improvements.

New additions such as golf simulators, a smart dartboard system and a self-serve store have created a contemporary space for patrons to relax and connect, supported by upgraded amenities across the venue.

Another great result for our OD-based team that reflects Ahrens’ attention to detail and capability in delivering complex refurbishment projects.
