The finishing touches are coming together in Nedlands.

have been on site completing the driveway, helping bring one of the final exterior elements of this project together.

While often overlooked, a driveway plays an important role in the overall design of a home. It not only provides practical access and durability for everyday use, but also enhances the home's street appeal, creating a seamless transition from the footpath to the front door.

Like every other element of a custom build, the driveway is carefully considered to complement the home's architecture, materials and landscaping, ensuring the exterior feels cohesive from every angle.

New project alert in Cockburn 📍

The boys have been busy on site, working alongside to get the slab down for our newest Cockburn project.

This is one of the first major milestones in the building process. Before the concrete is poured, the site is carefully prepared, services are installed, reinforcement is positioned to engineering specifications, and everything is checked to ensure a strong foundation for the home.

With the slab now underway, the next stages will see the brickwork commence, followed by roof framing as the home begins to take shape above ground.

From an empty shell to a space that already feels like home.

Not long ago, this kitchen in our Mullaloo project was simply a framed-out space, waiting for the next stage of the build. Now, the cabinetry, stone benchtops and splashback are in place, completely transforming the heart of the home.

It's often these fit-off stages that deliver the biggest visual change. As the finishes are installed, the layout becomes easier to appreciate, the material palette comes together and the vision behind the design starts to feel real.

The last time we shared an update on our Beckenham project, the upper floor was still supported by formwork and sections of the ground-floor brickwork were yet to be completed.

Now, the formwork has been removed and all three townhouses are ready for the next major milestone of second-floor brickwork. It's an exciting stage of the build, as the homes begin to rise higher and their final proportions become much easier to appreciate.

Once the second-floor brickwork is complete, roof framing and the roof cover can begin, followed by the installation of windows and doors. From there, the focus shifts to the internal stages, where the homes really start to come to life.

Our Shelley project achieves this through clean architectural lines, a restrained material palette and carefully balanced contrast.
