Monthly Employee Spotlight Duo: Meet Jen & Lacey! ✨

Fiscal year-end brings an extra push, making it the perfect time to spotlight Jen and Lacey. Their hard work, professionalism, and roll-up-your-sleeves mindset shine through -- especially during one of their busiest times of the year.

Jennifer Stevens (L), Controller for CT USA, has been part of Control Tech for an incredible 19 years. Jen helps compile and report on our financial performance and provides financial guidance to support decision-making across the business. After nearly two decades at CT, what she values most are the strong family values and relationships she’s built with her coworkers. Outside of work, Jen enjoys reading, boating, and spending time walking with her family and pets.

Lacey Paradis (R), Controller for our Canadian operations, has been with Control Tech for more than 13 years. Like Jen, she plays an important role in reporting on our financial performance and supporting the business through financial guidance. Her favorite part of CT is the people she works with and our shared commitment to family. When she’s away from the numbers, Lacey loves hiking in the mountains and travelling.

As Jen and Lacey work their way through one of their busiest times of the year, we’re especially grateful for their dedication, expertise, and combined 32+ years at Control Tech. Thank you both for everything you do!

Deets about this position:
Project Duration: Start Date is ASAP through May 2027
Shift: 14 Days On / 7 Days Off Rotation – 11.5 hour working days. Consistent Schedule with extended time off between rotations
Accommodations: Meals and lodging provided via Camp setting
Travel: Flights are provided from Edmonton or Calgary
