**Derkson Contracting** is looking for motivated Fence Installers & Labourers to join our team, working within a 100-km radius of Indian Head & Regina.
Do you have the ambition we need?
**What makes you the right fit for my team?**
* Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
* Ability to pass drug testing.
* Ability to obtain restricted site access.
**The Reality of the Job:**
* **Heavy Lifting:** You must be able to handle 50 to 75+ lbs consistently, day in and day out. This isn't a workout in a gym; it’s on a job site where it matters. Yes, there is a huge difference.
* **No Faking It:** You need a strong understanding of machinery and tool skills that you will demonstrate daily. You cannot fake it here—we will notice right away, so please do not waste your time or mine.
* **Reliability & Grit:** We need critical thinking skills and the ability to pivot at a moment's notice. You can't be scared of hard work, and a 6:00 AM wake-up call cannot be an issue. If you want to work, you won't make excuses to miss a shift. We rely on you just like you rely on us.

This is not a job for the average person. You must want excessive manual work coupled with a desire to learn complex installation skills, work long hours in all weather conditions, and possess the ability to work independently without a supervisor watching over you. Most of all, you need **GREAT** customer service skills. After all, the customer is the reason you have a job in the first place.
