Sales Executive – Northern Ireland

Based from our Belfast/Newtownabbey Depot

Sleator Plant is seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Sales Executive to join our Northern Ireland sales team.
Representing leading equipment manufacturers including SANY, Genie, Rokbak, Mecalac and Bandit, this is an excellent opportunity to join an established all-Ireland construction equipment dealership.
The Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for developing equipment sales across Northern Ireland, including:
• Managing and developing existing customer accounts.
• Proactively identifying and winning new business.
• Conducting regular customer visits, site meetings and machine demonstrations.
• Preparing quotations and managing opportunities through to sale and delivery.
• Maintaining a strong sales pipeline and providing accurate forecasts.
• Monitoring competitor activity, products and pricing.
• Working closely with our Parts and Service teams to provide excellent customer support.
About You
We are looking for a self-motivated, commercially focused salesperson with a proven track record in B2B sales.
Experience within construction equipment, plant hire, agricultural machinery, commercial vehicles or another capital-equipment sector would be advantageous, although we will consider strong salespeople from related industries.
You should be confident developing new business, building long-term customer relationships and managing your own territory.
A full UK driving licence is required.
