A new sustainable home designed to Passivhaus standards, responding to its coastal setting while putting comfort, energy efficiency and longevity at the heart of the design.
A fabric-first approach combines high levels of insulation, airtight construction, carefully positioned glazing, thermal mass and integrated solar shading to reduce energy demand and help keep the home warm in winter and comfortable through hotter summer months.
The architecture takes cues from Mudeford’s coastal character, using natural timber and muted brickwork to create a contemporary home that feels rooted in its setting.
