Delta Construction Consultants are actively try to help out where they can to support construction projects where Assent Group and their associated companies have provided cancellation notices.

There has been some pretty tough discussions with people in regard to their projects and the position they now find themselves.

We will be frank but reasonable and helpful in this difficult time, but can only do so much.

Our staff have been working flat out to provide responses to questions raised.

There is a 7-day period from receipt of the Cancellation Notice where the Client can opt to appoint another RBCA to undertake the rest of the project.

This is the simplest explanation, legislation does go into more detail but that’s for us to sort out.

It has been a diverse few weeks full of site inspections for our team at Delta consisting of:

An update inspection at the Royal Bradford Infirmary Maternity unit phase 1 works.

Conversion of the former Rothwell Civic Hall to apartments.

An update inspection to the construction of The Rob Burrows MND center at Seacroft Hospital.

A final inspection for a steel beam to a domestic dwelling.

Delta are well placed to service your projects no matter the size or complexity, as we have a high number of class 3 registered building inspectors with a vast amount of knowledge and experience.
