Recent Emergency Boiler Installation 🔧

During a routine service for a new client we discovered a hole in the boiler flue — a serious safety issue that needed immediate attention. ‼️

Unfortunately the boiler was older and the required parts are now obsolete. The customer is currently in the process of moving and understandably didn’t want to spend a large amount, but with safety being the priority the only option was a full boiler replacement.

We supplied and installed a brand new boiler, leaving the system safe, efficient and ready for the next owners. 🙌

An example of the sort of stuff that keeps us in work, but annoys us at the same time. 🤨

We aren’t the cheapest, or the quickest, but pride ourselves on giving a professional job, every time. 💯

A job we attended today, could of been a lot worse and flooded the property and made more damage. Luckily enough the client was home when the radiator detached itself from the wall 👀

All because the fitter was to lazy to use the correct fixings or advise the client what the best options would be prior to installing this radiator.

Another visit to to get there heating back up and running. 🔥

Their heating zone valve was tripping the electrics as it had been corroding over time, we got the call and they were back up and running within 90 minutes. ✅

Small clip of how we install a false access panel when you have your bath panel tiled. 🛁

A small section is allowed for access to all the relevant plumbing connections, and the final tile is sealed in place with a colour matched mastic, allowing it to be easily cut and pulled off in future for maintenance.

The client opted last minute to add an additional radiator into the room, and also requested that it matched the colour of the wall panelling.

A trip to the spray shop and a return visit to fit & paint the pipes, job complete ✅
