Pump upgrade
We attended the job on a quote visit in a hotel in Aberdeen. We arrived to look at hot water supply to some bathrooms within the hotel failing to get hot water or taking upto 10mins which isn’t ideal. We started by tracing back the hot water return for closed valves or blockages and soon determined the secondary hot water pump which is was currently installed was massively under sized which can be seen from the photos. We contacted the manufacturer of the pumps to get help with sizing. The correct pump was determined so we installed the replacement pump and the issue was sorted with some outlets getting hot within 20 seconds. for a free quote call 07879646688

Today we installed a Rinnai W1300i gas fired water heater within a local shop. This water can supply upto 20 liters of water water per minute. A new gas supply was also installed to supply the appliance with the correct gas pressure and hiding within the ceiling space.

Removed existing cylinder which was feed from an old inefficient ideal Mexico. Fitted a Worcester greenstar 8000 life 50c which is capable of 20ltrs p/min for multiple bathrooms. The system was large 25+ radiators, so used a low loss header with multiple pumps controlled via a hive system to give more control over different areas of the property. System swap
The existing system was 30+ years old and ran from an oil boiler. We removed the oil boiler and install a Baxi 824 system boiler with a 10 year warranty and upgraded the system to a pressurised system, installing 2 x 2 port valves making the system an S plan for more control. The existing copper cylinder was to far corroded and actually became damaged during the install so we replaced it for a stainless steel cylinder and installed a hot water return to reduce run off time on the hot water. Bathroom install
The existing bathroom was cramped and dated. We started by removing the bath and installing a shower (matki tray and enclosure),making more space. We moved the toilet to a more suitable location. All existing pipework was plastic under the bath so we changed it to copper and dropped it all under the floor. Multi panel boards were used (silver Jupiter). For a free quote call 07879646688.
