We're heading to Bolton early next week to install a canopy at St Joseph's R.C. High School.

The brief: a covered queueing area outside the canteen on a newly built building. It's a simple idea that makes a real difference – students queue in the dry, the canteen runs more smoothly and the outdoor space actually works all year round!

Mobility scooters are brilliant. Having to charge them indoors isn’t!

We’ve just installed these canopies on behalf of McConnell Group for Almondvale Gardens in Blackburn – to create a dedicated, covered space for mobility scooters while they charge.

The problem was simple... scooters were being stored inside, which meant busy corridors and a higher risk of trip hazards.

The fix was simple too! We helped them create sheltered external charging areas, so residents didn't need to bring scooters into the building in the first place.
