Removed the existing radiator to maximise the space and built a bespoke banquette seating area with integrated storage. Constructed using Medite MR MDF and finished with classic butt & bead panelling for that clean, timeless look.

All filled, prepped and rubbed down – ready for paint 🎨

We opened up 2 existing cupboard areas to create a much more practical and usable setup:

🔹 One side fitted with full-depth (850mm) pull-out box drawers – ideal for easy access and serious storage
🔹 The other finished as a clean, simple wardrobe layout
🔹 Both completed with full height, floor-to-ceiling doors for a sleek, built-in look

Insurance Flooring Repair @ West Seville, Edinburgh📍

This job came through following a water leak that had damaged the existing hardwood flooring and subfloor.

The full floor had to be taken back to the structure to properly repair the damage.

Work carried out:

• Removed damaged hardwood flooring and subfloor
• Replaced floor battens
• Installed new insulation
• Fitted new chipboard subfloor
• Installed new maple hardwood flooring
• Finished with new skirtings

The floor is now fully restored and back to a solid, long-lasting finish.

We removed the old, tired carpet and upgraded the space with rigid core LVT flooring for a clean, modern finish.

Another loft flooring job completed at the Heritage Grange estate, Edinburgh 👌

We’ve installed raised loft flooring to create proper, usable storage space, along with a 3-part Easy Stow loft ladder for safe and easy access.

Plenty of homes have loads of wasted space in the loft — raising the floor above the insulation means:
