Major renovation work underway by GMC Home Solutions 🔨

This property required extensive remedial work after damp issues affected both the front and rear rooms. The existing floors and walls were stripped right back to bare brick to properly resolve the underlying problems rather than simply covering them up.
As part of the restoration, the GMC team installed a brand new DPC (damp proof course) along with a new insulated floor system to improve protection, warmth and long-term durability throughout the property.
The project also included full boarding, plastering and skimming, bespoke archways and custom boxing-in work around exposed pipework to create a clean and seamless finish ready for the next phase of renovation.
