A recent flat roof replacement completed after the previous installation had been done to a poor standard. We stripped everything back properly, dealt with the underlying issues and installed a new EPDM rubber roofing system built to last. 👌

Another small flat roof completed this week using high-quality EPDM rubber roofing 🔨

The old roof had reached the end of its lifespan, so we stripped the area back, prepared the surface correctly and installed a new EPDM system finished with edge trims for a clean, long-lasting finish.

Busy week for us at AVI Property Services 👷‍♂️
