Nixor Progress | Milford Extension

Work continues on our Milford extension project (which we’re excited to show you more of) with the team currently fitting the exterior cladding to the front of the property.

Cladding plays an important role in both the appearance and performance of a home, adding character while helping protect the building from the elements. It’s great to see the exterior beginning to take shape as another stage of the build comes together.

A look back at one of our recently completed projects, showcasing the exterior transformation and landscaped garden. From the architecture to the outdoor spaces, every element was designed to create a home that feels just as good outside as it does in.

Safe to say we’d happily swap today’s weather for these views.

Nixor Progress | Moving Onto Windows

The roof is now complete and we’re moving into the next stage of the build with window installation underway.

A big milestone that really starts to change the feel of the project- bringing in natural light, defining the spaces, and making the structure begin to feel like a home.

Nixor Progress | Milford on Sea

Over in Milford on Sea, we’re currently installing the joists ready for the T&G cladding to be fitted as this project continues to take shape.

With progress moving well externally, we also thought we’d take you through some of the interiors- showing how the spaces are beginning to come together both inside and out. Plenty more to come on this transformation.

Nixor Progress | Second Phase

Work continues on our latest project in Walhampton, where we’re currently focusing on the outdoor kitchen area. The structure is now being finished in microcement using Forcrete, creating a clean, modern finish that works perfectly within the overall outdoor design.

A contemporary space beginning to take shape-designed for outdoor living, entertaining, and long summer evenings.

Using glulam allows for both strength and a clean architectural finish, and by recessing the brackets into the timber, we ensure all fixings remain hidden- keeping the final look seamless.
