With the end of the year fast approaching, it's a time for introspection for many. For us here at Nifty Fixes that means looking back on our first 9 months of trading and how much we've accomplished in such a short amount of time. What started out as a small handyman business has rapidly expanded into commercial property maintenance, as well. We've been fortunate to work with lots of amazing people, and have grown much more than we had expected. None of which would have been possible without the support of our amazing clients and friends of the business. So from us all here at the Nifty Fixes team, I'd like to say a sincere thank you, we quite literally couldn't have done it without you. Here's to another great year in 2026, cheers! 🥂

Please note that our defined working hours for emergency service during this holiday period are 9am till 4pm, Monday to Friday.

This window got the full works this week. First we washed and sanded it to bring it back to base. Then we undercoated it and finished off with 2 coats of satin paint. It was a lot of work but I think the results speak for themselves.

These window frames, likely made of plastic or PVC, hadn't seen a fresh coat of paint in years. They bore the telltale signs of long-term neglect: a noticeable yellowing that had replaced the original bright white, accompanied by a buildup of grime that seemed chemically bonded to the material.
