Planning approved! 🙌

Our talented team have taken the clients’ brief and run with it, transforming this ageing detached property in Woolsington.

The new works will give both parents a proper home office, a utility room with space for pretty much everything you could possibly want in there, and an upstairs layout where the rooms are finally properly proportioned - including the stunning master suite they deserve and a stunning covered patio, for year long garden enjoyment.

But what do they really get?

A happier home life. Better relationships. More laughter. Less frustration.

Planning approved! We get around 5 planning approvals a month, and I (Alistair) don't shout our wins very often, but no more. So here is one of many approved extensions to come. After a few planning hurdles, we’re excited to share one of our latest extension designs—an incredible addition to a home with views of our stunning North East countryside.

This stepped extension is built with a solid timber frame and finished in sleek composite cladding, blending durability with a sharp, modern look. The real showstoppers? Apex glazing and bifold doors that flood the space with natural light, making the whole area feel bright, open, and connected to the landscape.

Just imagine waking up to those panoramic views every day—where the lines between inside and out disappear, and the outdoors becomes part of your living space. This will soon be the ultimate heart of the home, perfect for lazy days on the sofa or entertaining.
