This week i had the pleasure of carrying out a big upgrade in Edinburghs most affluent street, this customer wanted his garden lit up and i had to make his car charger safer with it being just under 70m from his consumer unit i had to upgrade the cable to 16mm, along the way i installed 12 spike lights controlled from a smart switch, giving the customer full control over his garden lights, this was a hard going and challenging job with a 45ish meter long trench to dig but seeing the pictures of it lit up i’m sure you’ll agree that its worth it.

Something a little bit different this time working alongside to produce this brand new dentist surgery, converting this room from. What was their reception into a new surgery, new circuits, new lighting and a new consumer unit along with some dado trunking and screened wiring for the X-ray machine, what a result 👌🏼

Being a good electrician means around 90% of our work is hidden in lofts, under floors in stud walls or behind plaster we can take as much pride as we want but all you want to see is the sockets & switches, i like to take that little bit more pride in the bits you do see, this was the new consumer unit on the rewire I’ve completed this week in Glasgows south side dewalt

Todays LED stair lighting install on a 3 storey house with a wireless switch at each level, stairs are being expertly clad in oak by Timber Ninja, still a work in progress but its always a pleasure being asked to light up the stair cases he clads 💪🏼
