By far our most common cause for glass breakages is impact damage from strimming and lawn mowing nearby 🫣

Be sure to check your lawns for stones and debris before firing up your machinery, otherwise you just might find yourself requiring our services 😬🆘

Here’s a recent job we completed at a Costa Coffee store in Poole 📍

Unfortunately one of the large panes to the side of the store had sustained damage when the council had been mowing the grass area adjacent to the building 😫

We arrived on site soon after to make the glass safe temporarily and measure up for a replacement unit 🚐

Once we had received approval to organise a new unit, we returned just 5 working days later to change this over. Implementing safe working practices and a cordon around the immediate area, the store was able to continue trading with minimal disruption to staff and customers ✅☕️

Another busy week down! 😮‍💨 Here’s a glass replacement job we completed this week at Tesco in Kinson 📍

Unfortunately one of the high level double glazed units within the store had suffered from NSI, causing the inside pane to spontaneously shatter 👎🏻

At the store’s request we completed the works out of hours so had the team arrive on site at 5:00am Tuesday morning ⏰🚐

Utilising mobile towers to complete the works safely, we soon had the glass changed over and wrapped up before the store opened to the public 🥇

Another project recently completed in Ferndown with new windows and doors throughout the property 📍🏡

Our team worked hard over a few days replacing tired old UPVC windows and doors for new. Our client opted for white frames at the front and the ever-popular anthracite grey to the rear 😎

Now the property benefits from enhanced security, improved thermal efficiency and noise reduction, as well as looking great ✅

Another emergency glazing job attended recently in Colehill following a break in at the local One Stop store 📍

Initially we were requested to attend on a Saturday to secure the store and clear away the broken glass so that they could continue to trade once the police had finished on scene 🚨🆘

A thorough clean up had been conducted as the glass had been everywhere, given the force that had been used to gain entry 😣

We then secured a board in place and surveyed the glass for replacement, providing a quotation the same day ✅

Within a few days our quote had been approved and returned as soon as possible to complete the job, with new laminated safety glass supplied and fitted 🏪🚐

Our out of hours team are available 24/7 to assist with securing your property - both domestic and commercial aspects covered 👌

Another Co-Op glazing job taken care of recently in Southbourne 📍

We’ve changed glass for many Co-Op stores over the years and this time we were required following a spate of vandalism incidents in Southbourne Grove whereby several shop windows sadly sustained damage 🆘

Initially we attended to make the glass safe and survey for replacement 🚐

We were soon instructed to replace the large pane of glass and 3 of our operatives returned a short while later to replace the glass with minimal disruption to staff and customers 👌

Good as new and fitted with new manifestations to comply with regulations ✅

Another great transformation achieved with this electric roller garage door installed in Dorchester 📍🤙

Unfortunately the old up and over predecessor door had all but given up and could no longer be opened from outside, causing inconvenience to our customer 😫

Operation of the new door couldn’t be easier with 2 electronic remotes provided to open and close the door with the click of a button 😏🖲️

Not only does it work much better but the new door has given the garage a modern new look, finished in the ever popular Anthracite Grey 😎

It must be Velux season as we have been replacing lots recently! 🔥

Here’s a couple of tired old Velux roof windows we have replaced in the last week or so 👀

Our clients in Lytchett had a damaged top hung opening Velux which couldn’t be secured and as a result, they had stuffed towels in place to stop water coming in 📍🆘

We replaced this for a brand new model, complete with new flashings to ensure all is well for years to come 🏡

Additionally we have replaced a centre pivot Velux within a retirement complex in Weymouth, complete with official Velux blackout blinds 🥳

Both of these clients opted for a white finish internally, for a brighter more neutral feel ☀️
