We are incredibly proud to present an amazing £38,142.50 to TinyLife following our Golf Day.

A huge thank you to everyone who supported the event and donated, Rockmount Golf Club for their fantastic hospitality, and every golfer who took part and helped make the day such a success.

This is the largest single fundraising event in Irwin history and we are delighted that it is going to such a worthy cause.

We're pleased to share that Irwin M&E has achieved Bronze Accreditation through the Work Well Live Well Programme, delivered by Northern Ireland Chest Heart and Stroke.

The initiative supports workplaces in improving employee health and wellbeing by identifying needs, building support within the business and helping implement a long-term workplace wellbeing plan.

As part of the programme, we received a comprehensive report outlining employee health, support with developing and implementing a workplace health and wellbeing action plan and Health Champion training incorporating the Take 5 Steps to Wellbeing initiative.

Last week, Aisling and Kirstin had the pleasure of visiting P1, P2 and P3 pupils at Scarva Primary School.

The children heard the story of Mike Pipe and Elle Sparkz from our book 'The Brilliant Build' and we were so impressed by how much they already knew about construction!

From solar panels to roof gradients, drainage and more, their enthusiasm, curiosity and knowledge was wonderful to see!

A big thanks to Mrs Gordon, her two assistants and the class for having us - we're sure the future of construction is in very safe hands with this brilliant class!

Irwin M&E's Jason Pedlow, Mark Campbell and Aisling Murphy proudly attended the '𝘽𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙘𝙩, 𝙇𝙖𝙮𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙁𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙚' event at The Dunsilly Hotel yesterday, alongside fellow construction sector colleagues.

Violence against women and girls remains a critical issue, particularly here in Northern Ireland. The shocking statistics and tragic headlines highlight the urgent need for action and meaningful change.

We are proud to support the construction sector in promoting respect, helping to create safer communities and driving positive change across NI.

Yesterday's event delivered some hard-hitting messages, but it was an important and necessary step towards changing the narrative.

Huge congratulations to Irwin Senior HR Manager Laura White on being named as a finalist in the The Irish News Business Excellence Awards 🎉

Laura has been shortlisted for 𝙃𝙍 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙔𝙚𝙖𝙧 - a fantastic recognition of the impact she's had in shaping both our people strategy and workplace culture at Irwin M&E.

Since arriving in 2021, Laura has helped guide the business through a period of exceptional growth, scaling the team from 140 to over 300 employees, while evolving HR into a more strategic, people-first function.

From improving retention and engagement, to strengthening recruitment and development strategy and launching initiatives like the Irwin Emerge Apprentice Academy, this nomination is a testimony to the phenomenal impact Laura has had since joining the team.
