Project Overview
Our team was appointed to deliver a high-performance flooring solution for the refurbishment of a large commercial unit in Portsmouth, previously occupied by Debenhams. The client required a system that would provide durability for heavy commercial use, meet acoustic regulations, and integrate seamlessly with underfloor heating.

Solution
We specified and installed a combination of liquid screed and Yelofon acoustic insulation across the floor plates.

Underfloor heating offers many benefits, it is very energy efficient, some reports state that it offers up to a 25% saving compared with other heating methods.

Installing underfloor heating will free up floor space as there is no need for unsightly radiators.

An UHF system offers even heat across the whole floor, so rooms won’t suffer from cold spots.

UFH is very responsive, most systems offer an App, so you can control your system via your phone, lap top or PC.

Underfloor heating works by circulating warm water through a series of continuous loops that are fitted underneath your floor, creating a large radiant surface that heats your room from the floor upwards.

This radiant form of heating is much more comfortable than the convected heat provided by radiators, which draws cold air across the floor, heating it and then converting it upwards towards the ceiling.

PLEASE SHARE.

We have had a van stolen from Brookfield Rd, Fratton overnight.

It’s a white Peugeot Boxer with no sign writing. Reg number is BW14LNN.

In the back are lots of tools and Tripods, Dapple bars, Hoses etc for our liquid screed business. No use to anyone unless you have a liquid screed business.

So much for the Christmas spirit as our guys might not be able to work now. Any help or info much appreciated. Police informed.
