Another rewire with full refurbishment by our friends at GNU construction completed today, looks like a different house.

We let our apprentice have a go at a consumer unit and safe to say he’s smashing it for a first year apprentice. Well done.

2 post car ramp back up and running today, other electrician believed there was a fault on the PCB for the ramp itself. Turns out the isolator was past its best and wasn’t making a proper connection on one of the phases.

Repaired on site with materials carried on the van.

A bunch of jobs ticked off for a a who always takes care of his properties and tenants, all 3 jobs at the same property.

No fan fitted in the bathroom and mold was appearing due to 3/4 showers a day so we installed an trickle fan to help out, cored out by our self and chase made good for decoration.

Replaced immersion heater element in the loft this involved draining the tank.

Replaced radiator that was at the end of its life for a new unit.

It’s been a little while since we posted on here but here’s a few pictures of a little job we ticked off this week.

Client wanted to light up his tennis court but didn’t want to have anything taller than the existing fence so lighting columns and flood were not an option, so we came up with this design using some flood lights as we use on lots of our projects.
