Booked to service NG Combi. Few issues highlighted and rectified. Condensate had been poorly fitted, and was non-compliant. Customer explained that they had previous issues with it freezing. Didn’t surprise me!! Upgraded with . Internally, through the wall and externally. Flue seal perished and flue not secured. Mortar now in place with a new flue seal. We don’t just service the boiler, we ensure it’s installed to regulations and highlight any issues 👍🏻.

Customer had been throwing money at this age old Worcester to keep it going, until enough was enough. Contacted us and wanted it replaced. Within 24hrs we were able to obtain and fit the I-mini for them over the weekend. As always, system flushed and boiler fitted to manufactures instructions. Registered with gas safe, building control and Ideal for warranty purposes on behalf of the customer. New inline filter and shock arrestor added as required 👌🏻. We’re fitting more and more of the I-mini, which is a great boiler for those on a budget 👍🏻.
