Refurbishment of a Victorian sash window. Job involved planing the sashes down a bit so they closed better, shrouding of the weights to reduce noise and fitting of draught excluder and a new sash window lock. All timber components received 2 coats of specialist exterior satin paint to make them last a little longer.

Renewal of some really weathered flaunching on a chimney.

Installation of an inspection hatch to a damaged panel in a partition.

Making and fitting of a lead slate on a tiled roof.

Repair on a man made slate roof. Water leaking into incorrectly laid slate and finding its way through to the wall plate via a very small lap in the underlay.

Rendering repairs to some blown render on a bungalow.

Replacement of an unlined timber planter containing a Yew hedge.
Also replaced a bin store roof with EPDM membrane for a permanent fix. Job also involved removing an external extractor fan and blocking up the hole left, and a complete overhaul of a sad, sorry looking metal front garden gate.

Refurbishment of fascia and soffit on a 70’s-80’s local property. Also carried out renewal of the first lift of underlay along with the fitting of plastic eave carrier to protect exposed underlay from the elements.
