Wall studded out to get over air conditioning conduit, insulated and plaster boarded…
2 windows installed….
En-suite ceiling plastered along with the rest of the work with a couple of other walls for good measure!!! …. BOOM 💥

Great to have a spell of half decent weather… we’ve taken half the roof off and built a dorma.
Now…. let’s get to the next job, wait for the windows to arrive and a decision for the en-suite…!!!!

Another job done….rotten roof repaired… Full rip out… 140mm celotex in the ceiling…. 63mm insulation dry lined on external walls… new socket added…. Lights moved…. New radiator…. Skirting board and all plastered ready to paint….
