CCG Contractors Ltd are proud to show our recently completed project at Meadfoot Beach Chalets Torquay
CCG were instructed to undertake the full refurbishment works from the recent storm Ingrid damage to the beach chalets
Our works consisted of an initial clearance followed by -
✅ New kitchen units/worktops
✅ uPVC patio doors with glazed side lights
✅ Bespoke made hardwood doors to match original
✅ Joinery repairs (and resin)
✅ New door furniture
✅ Internal painting
✅ External painting
✅ New promenade tiles
✅ Concrete repairs
x274 doors were fully prepared and painted and door furniture, which was all in dire condition due to the years of exposure from the harsh elements, renewed
A fantastic achievement by all our team involved on the project to complete in the x10 week timeframe especially with the array of challenges faced as we progressed
Working against strong easterly winds and high tides seen many days where no works could take place
A huge thank you to all our employees, subcontractors & suppliers who were involved on the project and to SWISCo & Torbay Council for entrusting CCG to undertake the works!
Our separate contract working on all the damage caused by the storm to the sea defence walls/slipways etc is still ongoing and will see works being completed over the coming few months
