📢 IMPORTANT QUICK UPDATES

🕒 Arrival Times
We are unable to provide specific arrival times or estimates for regular window cleaning. Our routes can change throughout the day due to weather, access and workload.

You will receive a reminder the day before we are due, which should be used as confirmation of our visit. Please ensure any required access is available for the day.

🏠 Quotation Visits – £20
Going forward, dedicated quotation call-outs will carry a £20 charge.

In almost every case, a visit is unnecessary. Simply send us clear photos of each side of the property and we can usually provide an accurate quotation remotely, completely free of charge.

🚪 Rear Access – New Customers
We will no longer be taking on new properties where the rear of the property can only be accessed by going through the house.

To join our regular rounds, properties requiring rear window cleaning must have suitable external access, such as a side or rear gate. Our team will not carry equipment or access customers’ gardens through the inside of a property.

These changes allow us to operate our increasingly busy rounds efficiently while maintaining a professional and dependable service.

Gateway to a full-time, full-pay position:
We’ve built a reputation as one of Somerset’s premier exterior window cleaning companies, with a large and continually growing customer base. Because of that reputation, we’re selective about who represents our business and are looking for someone reliable, hard-working and professional who wants to grow with us.

Initially, you’ll work alongside one of our existing full-time window cleaners, travelling together in one of our company vans and learning how we operate.

As the business continues to grow, we plan to add another van to our fleet, hopefully around Christmas. The intention is for the right person to progress into full-time employment, with a full-time wage and eventually their own company van and round.

CLEAR PROGRESSION TO FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT + INCREASED PAY + YOUR OWN COMPANY VAN

🚗 IMPORTANT: DRIVING LICENCE & TRANSPORT

A full, clean UK driving licence is essential because this role is being recruited with that future progression in mind.

You must also have reliable transport to get yourself to and from work. You will either travel to our base in Wedmore or meet with the van.

We’re looking for someone with:

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Comfortable working outdoors all year round, including cold/wet winter conditions and hot summer weather

Excellent face-to-face customer service skills and confident speaking with customers

Physically fit and comfortable with an active, outdoor role

Able to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship

Professional and presentable when representing the company

Previous window cleaning experience is not essential. We can teach the job. What matters more to us is your attitude, reliability, work ethic and ability to maintain the standards our customers expect.

We’re looking for someone who wants to get their foot in the door now, learn how we’re different to other companies and progress into a permanent full-time career with us.
