Progress is moving at pace on this new 40-home development in Freshford, Co. Kilkenny, with CastleForms ICF Therm 310 being used throughout the build. The system features our ICF Therm 310 grey block with a .19 U value, supporting strong thermal performance and efficient construction on site.

Materials were delivered on a Monday, and the team were already preparing to pour the rising walls by Friday — a clear example of how quickly an ICF system can advance once work gets underway.

🏡 A complete exterior transformation.
📍 Co. Meath.
The existing home received 100mm and 50mm external wall insulation, then finished in Soltherm external render system in off-white. Alongside this, a new Castleforms ICF Therm extension was constructed and also finished in the Soltherm external render system in off-white, creating one cohesive finish. Decorative mouldings around the front windows and entrance, plus a crisp external plinth, complete the look. 👏 Completed by EAK Insulations.
