Great progress being made at this project in St. Peter.

The project was programmed in two phases, with the ground and first floor internal alterations works being carried out and completed, ready for Christmas, with the second floor loft conversion works commencing in the new year.

Superbly coordinated by the principal contractor

We’re looking forward to sharing images of the loft conversion on completion!

Planning permission granted for extensions, alterations and a full renovation of this family home in St Brelade (in the Green Zone). Works also include a new parking area, external soft & hard landscaping scheme & species mitigation & enhancement plans.

Recently completed re-construction of a guest accommodation wing following significant storm damage! We obtained the Planning & Building Approvals on behalf of the client / insurer, with the works carried out by Peak Surveying and the structural design by Rothwells Consulting Engineers. Great team effort.

were delighted to obtain Planning and Building permission for the material alteration to remove the existing concrete parapet beam and install frameless glass balustrading, which completely transformed the views of the beach from the penthouse apartment at Sandbanks in St. Clement.

Applications flying out the door and approvals coming in thick and fast so we haven't posted for a while!

We've just received planning approval for a lovely single storey extension in the Protected Coastal Area. The existing first floor windows have really low cill heights, so the proposed roof configuration was tricky, but a soulless 'flat roof box' was never an option here. We worked collaboratively with our client to create a high quality design which provides the flexible additional floor space required, maximises light and makes the most of the sea views the property offers.

Really looking forward to taking this one through Building Control and getting it onto site.
