🏡 Great projects start with great planning! 🚁

We’ve been incredibly busy taking care of our customers and working alongside our amazing team, but yesterday we had a chance to get the drone in the air and capture some footage of this beautiful property. 🌳🏡

The drone footage will help us better understand the property and carefully plan the layout as we move into the next stages of the project.

📐 Planning is at the core of what we do at Set Apart Custom Homes. Taking the time to evaluate every detail on the front end helps us turn a vision into a well-planned home and property.

There’s something exciting about reaching this stage of a build—when the plans on paper start becoming real spaces you can actually walk through and experience.

This beautiful custom lake home in Lincoln County, Georgia is really starting to show its personality. The expansive covered porches, soaring rooflines, huge windows and doors, outdoor living areas, and views into the surrounding woods are going to make this one special.

And we’re just getting started. 🔨

Over the next several weeks, all of the details and selections our homeowners have worked so hard on will begin coming together—and that’s when a framed house really starts becoming their home.

Wow! We are so thankful for the friendship formed through the process of building another forever home. This time, the land is where Frank grew up. Now, Frank Mock and Tina Mock have a fantastic home to call their own, ready for the grandkids to enjoy.
