The finished photos only show you part of what you’re choosing when you hire a builder. You’re also choosing the people, the process, and the care that goes into the parts of your home you may never see.

We want our designers, builders, and trades talking through details together. We want you to understand your options and know who to call when you have a question. And we want the work behind the walls to matter just as much as the final walk-through.

That’s what building the right way means to us. Taking care of the home and the people involved in it.

We share a lot of progress photos, but the people are a pretty important part of the progress, too. 🤍

A little appreciation for Carlene and John working through the plans, talking through the details, and having some fun along the way.

There’s a lot you don’t see in a finished-home photo. The questions, the decisions, and the time spent on-site figuring things out together. These two bring different perspectives to those conversations, and we appreciate the care they both put into the homes we build together.

We’re glad we caught this moment between all of that. Not every jobsite photo needs to be about the house!

We usually bring you closer to show the details, but this home deserves a little distance.

From above, you can see how the house sits among the trees, with the pond out front and a driveway that gives you a good look at the home every time you come back. There’s a lot to appreciate about this property before you even reach the front door.

What’s at the top of your outdoor wish list?

Come walk through the kitchen, bathrooms, and guest space with us at 7 Horseshoe Lane. We’re showing you the details you might miss in photos, from appliances tucked into the cabinetry to a Murphy bed that keeps a room open when guests aren’t visiting.

And the green in the primary bathroom? The homeowner loves green, so we used it in the cabinetry and tile. Those personal choices are part of what makes building custom so fun.

What’s something you’d want us to work into your home? We’d love to hear your ideas.

Meet Maggi Miller 🤍

Maggi is both capable and approachable. She brings good judgment to her work and a warmth that makes people feel welcome.

She started in management right out of school and has a background in accounting and office management. Here at Noble Classic, she works with our trades and supports John and Mandy each day, keeping up with what needs to get done and helping find solutions when something comes up.

Maggi, we appreciate all you do and the kindness you bring to our team. We’re so happy to have you working alongside us!

This started with a few samples and a lot to picture. Now you can see how those choices carry through the whole kitchen.🤍

Which caught your eye first: the cabinetry, the flooring, or the backsplash? Tell us what you’d choose for your own home. 👇

*In collaboration with The Design House on material selections, flooring installation, and countertop installation.*

You need an office every day. A guest room? Maybe a few weekends a year. 🤍

This Murphy bed tucks into the built-ins so you can use the room between visits without working around a bed. When family comes to stay, pull it down and make them feel at home.

Building custom gives you the chance to think through how you’ll actually use each room, including the ones that need to do double duty.

Have a few ideas for your own home? Let’s talk about them.

Designer Spotlight: Carla Burke 🤍

We talk a lot about the homes we build, but today we want to talk about one of the people behind them. Carla is one of our designers, and she brings so much knowledge, experience, and care to our team. Get her talking about new construction, and you’ll understand why she does what she does.

Family means so much to Carla, and we’re grateful to have her as part of our Noble Classic family, too. Thank you, Carla, for everything you bring to this team and the families we build for. We’re lucky to have you!

Help us show Carla some love in the comments. 🤍

Happy Birthday to this very special man and leader, John Michaels! 🎉

John wears many hats — husband, father, friend, business owner, mentor, and leader — and he gives his best to each one.

I’ve had the privilege of watching John pour his heart into his family, his business, his team, and the people around him. He is a visionary always positive, always putting others before him and Loves the Lord with all his heart!

John, I hope you know how many lives you have touched and how many people are grateful to call you a husband, dad, friend, boss, and mentor.

Wishing you the happiest birthday! We are thankful for you and excited to see what this next year brings. ❤️🎂
