Last week, we had the privilege of celebrating Linda as she begins her well-earned retirement after many years with Valley Custom Door.

Throughout her time with us, Linda has been a valued member of the Valley family, and we're grateful for the dedication, hard work, and positive impact she has made over the years. While we'll certainly miss seeing her around, we're excited for this next chapter and all the adventures that retirement has in store.

Please join us in welcoming Jeremy Skaar to the team as our new Vice President of Operations!

Jeremy brings extensive leadership experience, most recently serving as Sr. Director of Operations – North America at BW Converting. In his role here, he’ll be focused on aligning operations across our divisions and driving improvements in systems and processes to support continued growth.

He is passionate about operational excellence and building strong, high-performing teams, and we are excited for the impact he will make as we continue to grow.

Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys golfing, spending time on the lake, watching sports, and being with his family, including his two kids and his dog Henry and Cecil (aka "the Meathead").
