Fall & winter crew members 🍂❄️

We are growing and looking to add to our team for fall and winter projects.

FULL TIME W-2 POSITIONS STARTING IN NOVEMBER.
Competitive pay: $20–$40/hr+
Bonuses based on attendance and work ethic.

Responsibilities include:
FALL:
Removal of leaves using mowers & leaf blowers, trimming of shrubs and general fall yard cleanup work.

WINTER:
Removal of snow and ice from driveways, parking lots, and walkways using plow trucks, snowblowers, shovels.
Must be on call for snow events.
(including nights, weekends, and holidays)

Must be 18 years or older.
Valid driver’s license (required for driving positions)
Ability to work outdoors in cold and physically demanding conditions.
Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
Experience with lawn maintenance & snow removal (or heavy equipment) is a plus.

Opportunity for year-round employment in lawn care & landscaping next year.

We recently completed this lawn & hillside restoration.
Many areas were washed out and patchy, so we worked our magic to add life back into this beautiful property 😃

We had an exciting opportunity to complete a full landscape remodel around this home.

Over the last several weeks, we completed the following:
-Removal of all the old edging, rock & fabric.
-Saving of all the desired plants and shrubs.
-Installation of concrete edger blocks.
-Spreading of fresh mulch.
-Planting of shrubs & perennials.
-Pressure washing of the paver patios & installation of new polymeric sand.

We are proud to see the results 😃💪🏼
