Our Richmond team has been sharing their expertise both on the job and across the industry.

Project Manager Pippa Brown joined ’s 2026 Contractor Panel Discussion, sharing a contractor’s perspective on how designers and construction teams can work together to make the process as seamless as possible.

Project Executive Andrew Kowalski , LEED AP also took part in ’s tour of ’s new Richmond space, discussing the coordination and challenges involved in bringing the project to life. Our Corporate Interiors team was proud to complete the interior fit-out and even prouder to join PMC and the project team in showing off the finished space.

L.F. Jennings has been selected to build the new Five Iron Golf coming to Capital One Center in Tysons for Stream Realty Partners.

The approximately 17,000-square-foot venue will bring Five Iron’s signature combination of high-tech golf, hospitality and entertainment to its first Virginia location.

“Five Iron is exactly the type of project our Corporate Interiors team gets excited about. It brings together sports, entertainment, technology and hospitality in one highly experiential space, and that intersection aligns perfectly with our expertise. We’re proud to be part of the team bringing this unique concept to Tysons.” - Jeff Black, Senior Vice President, Corporate Interiors

We look forward to getting to work and bringing the Five Iron experience to life at Capital One Center.

L.F. Jennings has called Central Virginia home since opening our Richmond office in 2007. Nearly two decades later, we’re proud to remain an active part of the commercial real estate community we’ve grown alongside.

That involvement was on display at ’s annual charity golf tournament at Hermitage Country Club, where 216 players came together in support of .

Our own Mike Andrilliunas, Project Executive and GRACRE Board Member, serves as Chair of the Golf Committee and helped bring another great tournament to life. L.F. Jennings was also proud to field a team and spend the day alongside many of the clients, partners and industry peers we’ve built relationships with over the years.

As we continue building on our longstanding presence in Central Virginia, we’re also building our team. We’re currently looking for experienced Superintendents to join L.F. Jennings in Richmond. Visit our Careers page to learn more.

Built as a warehouse and distribution hub in the early 20th century, the buildings along 5th Street, NE have played an important role in the history of Washington, DC. Their transformation into retail, restaurant, and office space became an important part of Union Market’s evolution.

L.F. Jennings completed approximately 50,000 SF of adaptive reuse work, including the renovation and restoration of nearly 300 linear feet of historic façade along 5th Street and Morse Street. Significant portions of the deteriorated façade were reconstructed into distinct storefronts, each with its own character while respecting the historic architecture.

Inside, the spaces were reconfigured for two-story retail, restaurants, and 10,000 SF of office space, creating flexible environments for modern tenants while preserving the character of the original structure.

From warehouse to destination, experience matters.

Recently, team members from our Accounting, Human Resources, and Marketing departments had the opportunity to experience our work from a different perspective, heading into the field with site tours at Lindsay Detail Facility and One Loudoun.

“It is easy for the accounting team to feel separate from the day-to-day work happening on our jobsites, which is exactly why opportunities like this are so valuable. Seeing a project under construction gives the team a better understanding of the work behind the numbers and the people making it happen. It connects what we do in the office to what we are building in the field and reinforces that every department plays an important role in the success of our projects.” - Melodi Pinnock, Controller

Because building great projects takes more than a jobsite. It takes all of us.

⚾ A great night at the ballpark!

Last night, our Vice President of Central Virginia Office, Frank Martino, had the honor of throwing out the ceremonial first pitch at the Richmond Flying Squirrels game on behalf of L.F. Jennings.

Opportunities like this remind us that while construction is what we do, the relationships we build extend far beyond the jobsite. Connecting with the communities we serve is one of the most rewarding parts of our work, and we are honored to represent L.F. Jennings in meaningful ways.

The story behind the Virginian Barn is one worth preserving.

Originally built in the early 1900s and facing an uncertain future, this historic timber-frame barn has been given a new chapter at The Barns at Wolf Trap. Once complete, it will provide a welcoming space for audiences to gather before and after performances while honoring the craftsmanship and character of the original structure.

We're proud to be part of the team helping bring this vision to life alongside Wolf Trap, , and .

Thank you to Alexandria Living Magazine for highlighting this unique project and the collaboration making it possible.
