R400 Rubber has stood up to countless hurricanes for over 35 years. During Hurricane Andrew, roofs that were protected with R400 withstood hurricane force winds, while unprotected roofs were blown away. R400 is a liquid applied material that dries like a thick sheet of rubber. R400 will stop existing leaks and pre
vent any further leaks from occurring. In addition, it will cool the roof significantly, while a normal roof's surface temperature will range from 120°F - 160°F, the surface temperature of R400 will not exceed 105°F/40.5°C/315°K. Part of this can be attributed to the massive UV rejection properties- 90% of the total ultraviolet light! All our products are made from the highest quality raw materials, and manufactured to the highest standards in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, USA. Our water-based R400 WILL WITHSTAND PONDING WATER. We utilize a manufacturing process that produces a true rubber acrylic without water, fillers or extenders. R400 is a water based coating system which is flexible enough to absorb movement of the substrate due to temperature changes. R400 has been used successfully on many different substrates and subjected to severe conditions ranging from the tropical heat to the freezing north. R400 can preserve any clean, dry, stable surface: Concrete, Barrel, Flat, S - Tile, Metal, Gravel, and Foam. It can be applied nearly any surface necessary, including Roofs, Walls, Decks, and more!
