Katie Ford, Design Coordinator, is just beginning her journey with us and already brings a thoughtful energy to the team. She shares what stood out most early on is the people, describing the environment as warm, inviting and easy to feel part of from day one.

Outside of work, Katie is a proud Texas Tech fan, a detail that reflects her enthusiasm and team spirit in everything she does. We are excited to have her grow with us as part of the Village Homes design team.

Jennifer Olson, Accounting Manager at Village Homes, is a key part of the foundation behind the scenes. She values the people she works alongside each day and the supportive environment that makes collaboration feel seamless and genuine.

Outside of work, Jennifer finds balance in quiet moments, often with a book nearby or watercolor paints spread out in front of her. Reading helps her slow down, while painting gives her space to create and recharge.
