This is one of our most exciting builds that we have going on right now. This is our very first build for a repeat customer. Dan and Kelsey bought their first home from us several years ago and now we are building the exact same house for them on their land in Henry's Glen. Plus a detached garage for a fellow classic car lover! Such an honor for Charlie and me!

Here is another update on a really fun build. We had a customer that fell in love with a Jacob plan that we were finishing up but they needed an in-law suite. We went to work and designed a suite that fit their needs. We are currently building this awesome home on their 5 acre lot in the beautiful Carolina North subdivision. Their Homeside its super special. It sits on a private lake down a really long private driveway. It's coming along with drywall and siding expected to be installed in the next couple of days. I look forward to sharing pictures when the house is completed.

Here is another start that Charlie and I are REALLY excited about. This build is for a good friend of ours. It's a custom designed home on over 20 acres on Brandon Rd. They bought this property a couple of years ago after I bought a neighboring piece. The family timing is right now and we have started clearing the homesite. There are some massive trees that need to come down. Construction will start later this year after we finalize all of the selections. The house sits over 1600' off the road and has the most amazing winding drive through pasture and mature trees!! I can't wait to post pictures of this one when we get started.

I know we have been a little quiet here on FB lately. Sorry about that. We have been a little busy getting customers moved into their new homes.
We’re excited to share a couple of our new starts today. Clearing is underway for two new spec homes in Patrick Commons on Patrick Rd in Gastonia — and we are on track to be the very first homes in this beautiful new community.

Let me set the scene as you pull into your new homesite. You’ll enter a shared driveway for Lots 1 and 2, passing between stone columns and black Kentucky horse fence that lines the front property. From there, the drive gently splits into two private driveways—each leading to its own spacious 1.5 acre homesite.

Lot 1 will feature our popular Blakely plan loaded with options and an estimated completion of December/January. All specifications are finalized but if you act quickly there is still time to add your personal touches and make some designer changes. This home will be live on MLS by tomorrow. Below you’ll see a color rendering along with photos from a recent build. Selections will vary.

Lot 2 is tentatively planned as a Jacob plan also on 1.5 acres. Selections have yet to be finalized so act soon to make this home truly yours. This home is not ready to list on MLS but call quick to schedule a meeting to discuss.

We are excited to finally share what’s coming to Patrick Commons — and even more excited to welcome future families home.

They officially closed on their new homes earlier this month, and we’re so thankful they trusted us to help build the place where their memories will begin.
