Situated in the dunes on Lake Michigan is a new waterfront home. Designed around the landscape, this home capitalizes on expansive lake views with a wrap-around covered porch complete with motorized screen and vinyl rollers. A dedicated lake-entry with laundry and a bathroom keeps the sand out of the home. The interior offers space to spread out and relax while the third-floor hosts three private family suites.

The finishing touches are nearly complete on our Gaslight Village home, and soon it will be ready for the family to enjoy. From the double-sided fireplace connecting the living and dining spaces to stained beams and shiplap ceilings throughout the main floor, every detail was designed to feel comfortable and inviting. Upstairs, the primary suite offers a quiet retreat with vaulted ceilings and a spacious window seat. The dark stained rift-cut oak wood paneled family den is a cozy place for movie and game nights.
