Inspired by old English homes and gardens, this home was designed to feel as though it has always belonged in its quiet historic neighborhood. A curved brick entry welcomes you to a light-filled foyer and open staircase, the back of house opens to a kitchen, pantry, and beverage center, all adjacent to the covered porch and grill patio. Upstairs, three private bedroom suites and a playroom create space for family. Designed with family and entertaining in mind, the lower level boasts a family room, game room, golf simulator, and a guest suite.

This whole-home renovation gives new life to a 100-year-old Lake Michigan cottage shaped by generations of summer memories. The reimagined interior focuses on lake views, with a custom wood entry door opening into a former porch transformed into a sitting and dining space. An expanded kitchen and beverage bar connect to the family room, while the breezeway is a highly functional mudroom, laundry, pantry, and craft space. Outside, new windows, siding, and roof refresh the cottage while preserving its timeless character.
