🔥 CHECK OUT THIS PROJECT WE’RE WORKING ON! 🔥
At first glance, it sounds pretty straightforward — a 16'6" x 26' concrete patio with a 16' x 26' roof structure. But this one is anything but basic.
The big challenge? Our client wanted a completely open view and swing path to the putting and chipping green we’re installing — no post blocking the way.
That meant some serious engineering, load calculations, and planning to make the beam and roof structure work the way we wanted it to. We handled the design and engineering in-house, worked through the numbers, and got it there! 💪
And the finished project is going to be incredible:
• Black snap-lock standing seam metal roof
• Brazilian Teak privacy wall
• Brazilian Teak entertainment wall
• 60" Dimplex linear fireplace/heater
• LP-wrapped posts and siding for a clean, finished look
• Techo-Bloc paver walkway connecting the patio to the putting and chipping green
• Custom engineered beam system to keep the space wide open
When it’s finished, this is going to be the ultimate backyard hangout — whether our client is relaxing by the fire, entertaining friends and neighbors, or stepping out to work on his short game. ⛳🔥

Another great day to pour some concrete with the crew.
Today's job was a simple 10' x 24' concrete pad, poured with a 6-bag, 4,000 PSI concrete mix for long-lasting durability. We finished it with a clean broom finish and a finished poured face for a sharp, professional look.
The small jobs deserve the same attention to detail as the big ones, and we're proud to put our name on every pour.

Compensation: base salary (based on experience) + commission on each project sold — no cap on earnings.
Deck Building Specialist / Remodeler
Skilled in exterior construction interior/ remodeling.
Able to read plans and deliver high-quality framing and finishes.
Pay: $25–$35/hr depending on experience, plus bonuses for projects completed under allowed timelines.
