920 sf deck renovation.
Removed the old deck plank. Completely rebuilt ~200 sf of framing. Replaced 60% of the remaining joists while repositioning all of them from 24 oc to 16 oc. All new Simpson joist hangers, angle brackets, connector screws and timber screws. Installed joist tape and covered with Trex Rocky Harbor planks.
(Railings are temporary, constructed from some of the original deck plank material)

The aging whirlpool tub had been removed from the master bath in this Pensacola Beach condo, and the owner had an idea for better utilizing that square footage.

MOKO Construction removed the wall behind the tub, opening that space to the main living area for a functional new work space with a built in desktop, shelves and cabinetry. The bath reconfiguration still left room for a beautiful oversized shower.

MOKO's contributions to the project included demo, steel framing, wood framing, electrical, simple plumbing, trim carpentry, appliance installation, and make-ready services (closet shelving, bath accessories, mirrors, wall art, etc).
