The holidays are coming up fast, and now is a great time to get those painting projects taken care of before family and friends start coming over!

At Tiano Quality Painting, we take a lot of pride in our work, whether it's a small room that needs freshening up or a complete interior makeover. We treat every home like it's our own and make sure the job is done right.

Here are just a few examples of the work we've done over the years.

We're currently booking projects before the holidays, so if you've been putting off that painting project, give us a call! We'd be happy to come out and give you a free estimate.

We've Been a Little Quiet on Here Lately!

Sorry we haven't been posting much recently! We've been busy working on projects and haven't had much time to share what we've been up to. Here's a look at a couple of our latest jobs!

Project #1 – The New Summerville Grill

We recently had the opportunity to take care of both the interior and exterior painting at the new Summerville Grill!

On the exterior, we changed all the trim from black to white and painted the body of the building using a custom color match similar to Sherwin-Williams Naval. The white trim really made the new color stand out!

Inside, we painted all the trim and wainscoting in a gloss white finish, the ceilings in a matte white, and the walls in a light blue custom color match provided by the customer.

Project #2 – Exterior House Painting

For this project, we gave the body of the home a fresh coat of Sherwin-Williams Naval in a satin finish. We only painted the body of the house, but that alone made a huge difference in its overall appearance!

We're really happy with how both of these projects turned out and appreciate our customers trusting us with their homes and businesses!

We've got more projects to share soon, so keep an eye out!

Can you paint vinyl siding? Absolutely.

It's one of the questions we get asked the most, and the answer is yes when it's done the right way. We use Sherwin-Williams VinylSafe paint, which is specially formulated for vinyl siding and designed to help prevent warping from heat absorption.

Sherwin-Williams also offers a VinylSafe color collection, giving homeowners a wide range of beautiful, approved colors to choose from. For this project, we used SW 368 Speechless, and the results speak for themselves.

Thinking about updating your home's exterior? Vinyl siding doesn't have to be replaced it can often be transformed with the right products and professional application.

Our team recently renovated the exterior of this 14-unit condominium complex. We painted the trim, shutters, doors, and siding with Sherwin-Williams Jersey Cream, providing the community with a clean, warm, and contemporary look while preserving its traditional aesthetic.

Thank you to the HOA and residents for trusting us with your property. We take pride in delivering quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and long-lasting results on every project.
